Story:

Bolt is an amazing dog who saves his owner, Dr. Calico, Penny from evil. And that he does. He knows. Bolt thinks he has real powers, but for a TV show they're just special. And that's not Bolt's sure of. Bolt is not conscious that he's part of a TV series, so Bolt gets mistakenly sent to New York when the studio makes an episode in which Penny is abducted. He met two new friends there, Rhino and Mittens, who helped him come home.

Bolt tells the story of a dog who plays a heroic dog in a hit TV show and finds it difficult not to know his own superpowers. It becomes an obstacle as it is inadvertently moved to New York City from Hollywood. From there he has to make his way home with the help of a manky old cat and an overweight hamster in a plastic ball.
